Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our International delivery partner, DHL/FedEx does not deliver Srikettle tea orders on Saturday and Sundays.If you receive your package in DAMAGED or BROKEN condition
Please send us the images of the damaged carton within 24hrs of delivery and mention the same while acknowledging the delivery with the courier partner. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.
